The part number is for Coupe.

It says E36/2 which is for Coupe.

It came off his 1999 M3. Any factory spoiler car in 1999 was a Coupe.

And also low arch? Looks just like the one on my 99M3, which I call a low arch.

If the factory installed it, it is an arched spoiler, also known as high arch.

If you bought yours at the dealer or had the dealer install it at time of purchase, it is a flat or low arch.

Mine looks just like the OP’s but to me it is a low arch. The ones I see that look different are about a foot off the trunk.

It's what they are called though.
In order of height there is the:
high rise GT/Clubsport
GT/clubsport
High arch
Low arch

The listing is for a Factory Installed OEM Arch(High) spoiler.
This was from a 99’ Factory installed car that did not have the 3rd brake light in the rear glass.

Thanks
