Thumbs down RIP Top Gear UK

Wow, who thought this new cast was a good idea? Harris obviously hates the new blokes, too. I think they'd have been better bringing back Evans.

Damn shame LeBlanc couldn't deal with the travel schedule any longer, the show was never better than when he and Harris were bantering.

He loves them like brothers if you believe the long article he just penned. Said they got on well/bantered from the start.

Can’t be any worse than GT anyhow

Put in Tiff Needell and Jason Plato from Fifth Gear in with Harris; those guys from Fifth Gear are pretty entertaining.

The first thing he says to them on the show is, "I can't understand a word either of you are saying". The friendship between Harris and LeBlanc came across as really genuine, I really am going to miss that.

Thankfully GT is no more in series form, show is borderline unwatchable.

I'd have preferred they go ahead and keep Rory and add Henry Catchpole, maybe throw in Matt Prior, even Matt Farrah would have been acceptable.

agreed. this would have been a good combo, but having Needell and Plato on TG would have just been odd.

Tiff was a Top Gear presenter from 1987-2001.

Strangely, I saw a live top gear stage show a while back, while Richard was in a coma, where Tiff filled in for him-- so the lineup was Clarkson, May, Needell. Weird combo.

The show could really rediscover its footing if Harris forgot 95% of what he knows about cars and driving, gained 90 lbs, and revamped his character into an alcoholic, racist gasbag. Then all they’d need is two sycophantic punching bags for him to switch up on. I think it’d work, guys!

I am kind of bored of Chris Harris. All of his videos end up being pretty much the same.
