I have not replaced any seals yet, this is pretty much my progressing DIY. So far I’ve disassembled the whole unit aside from the Bosch internal pump, I will complete the rebuild later this week once I’ve received my replacement seals. One I've rebuilt and installed the unit I'll be sure to provide my data results.

Dam that accumulator is pricey!!

I found a source for a brand new OEM accumulator for $675. I forgot to save the site. When I get a chance i will look for it again and share the link. The solenoid O ring kit is good for individuals reconditioning their pumps. I recommended harbor freight and amazon viton O rings because they are way cheaper and also can be used for other parts in the HCU that uses O rings and you can use it in other parts of the car (like the smg reservoir line 2x O rings if it's leaky) and mainly because I recondition so many pumps, so it was better for my situation.

oh ok. I recommend you do a resistance reading on the solenoids while they are out and also check the solenoids to make sure they click. They rarely go bad but I have found 2 solenoids out of 12 pumps that were sticking/failed, so they do happen although rare.

Need the link to the cheaper accumulator $1000 is quit high for that thing.

i wonder if this oil pressure sensor ($31 vs. $100 at other sites) would work on the HCU.

Same number printed on both sensors:

Are accumulators meeting changed because there bad or just because? I thought it was too be changed if the pressure was not staying or at a certain level that isn't drivable. I've been meaning to do this as I have had the Burkhart Motor sitting in the box for a year, waiting to do the rehaul until I started to try and save for the relocation kit. Smh. I need to get shit done already. And how does the solenoid unit get tested, by magnets you can open and close the contacts? Thanks in advance
