Just got mine today and had it thrown in the car same day (my tech had some time), so I guess I'll bite.

Car is not done (driveshaft was a quick install but the car is still in for other work) but I will give one as soon as I get the car back, which is estimated this Friday.

Push trans up alittle bit and slid it on. Looking at your build thread you shouldn't have any issues. It's pretty much straight forward...

Finally got my car back. I drove it, I think it might have made a little difference.

Seems to rev freely. No issues with vibration or the sort so far. Rev-matching was nice and easy. If you need a new driveshaft, I could see this as a nice option.

Edit: As shown in my earlier photos, it did not save 8-10 lbs, it saved 6. I didn't think it was that big of a deal at first, but then I thought about it and realized that the driveshaft is now 33% lighter, which is really something when put into perspective.

I’m going to revise my initial skepticism to positive instead. I put the driveshaft through it’s paces today at a track day, and the one thing I noticed a difference with was with rev-matching. It seemed to pick up revs a bit more easily when heel-toeing, without having to dip into the throttle as long. It’s a nice feeling.

Still no issues after a full day of tracking. I’m tracking tomorrow as well but i have no concerns about the driveshaft at this time.
