**** it, like I said, not worth the blood pressure. Perhaps you’ll find a more receptive audience in the E46 section, that imbecile the doogan seems to have fan club with the same shenanigans and about the same level of insight.

Does this incessant whining ever work for you?

I set my cruise control to 74 while driving home at 12:30AM with nearly empty 65MPH limit freeway for my 25 mile commute, I get passed by 1 or 2 vehicles per night. I'd go faster but I like my insurance rates and clean driving record. Car sits on W rated 255/275's.

On topic, i3's seem to be a lot more pricey on the west coast, best I'm finding with these specs is $23k.

this advice for my commute. the entire stretch of highway for my commute is 2 lane 55mph and often I'll see a minimum of 2 police cars, and I've seen up to 8 near holidays. if no traffic, I'll set cruise at 8 over, if traffic I'll do whatever speed that is, varies 50-65. But, once I leave the sticks and get closer to the big city, I'll stay with average traffic speed which tends to be at least 20mph over. if you insist on driving the speed limit because you're scared of going fast, then you are at a higher risk than if you are flowing with traffic and more likely to get rear ended by someone who isn't paying attention.

Pro-tip, if you are going either FASTER or SLOWER than traffic, you are more likely to get stopped because odds are increased that person is not sober.

I actually speed more with the baby in the car, so I can get away faster from all the bad drivers.

I never mentioned "speed limit," but as Buddhist, I firmly believe in following the middle path.

As highlighted before by Terra, the middle path is within spitting distance of the top speed of the i3.

but Ian complained about his i3 being limited to 94 mph

120-130 mph on public roads is absurd
