is one of ur fan blades missing? Does it improve when u remove ur maf plug?

There is a diffrence when i pull the plug on the maf. But it still does the same thing. I retorqued the motor mounts they did seem to be a little cracked but to hard to say. Migjt be my next thing to replace.
