Default Has anyone purchased an RTD Shifter? Buying experience question

I purchased an RTD shifter for my e46 from the RTD website on June 4th and so far have only received one email the day I purchased it saying they received my order. Iíve tried emailing them multiple times, calling them, and Instagram messaging them to no avail. They are located in Lebanon so I expect a decent amount of time to pass between ordering and receiving but Iím beginning to get a little nervous that I canít seem to make any sort of contact with them what so ever.

Has anyone else purchased from them before ? And if so, did you have a similar experience?

Thanks

Even my dealer isn't able to reach them right now. I have no idea what's going on.

FWIW, it took about a month for them to build mine, which was communicated before purchase. Mine was a slightly custom one though.

Have you tried their Facebook page? Mine took some time before they shipped mine out for a custom DSSR and shifter for my E90.

They just reached back out to me. Maybe the power of this forum? Lol.

He said will be shipping in the coming 10 days. Hopefully will be under a month to get mine!

To build. I think shipping took like two days. And again, mine was custom so maybe thatís why it took a month.
