If your SMG fluid keeps running low i would look under your car to find the clutch slave cylinder and see if it is leaking. If it is you will probably need to replace it. Hope that helps!

Leaking internal clutch slave cylinders can be repaired with a kit and do not require that you buy a brand new unit. It's from the O ring inside the cylinder or the boot.

fcpeuro sells it or ecstuning. You can also find the kits on amazon or ebay.

here is the diy thread.

https://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=979825
Finally, I got the repair Kit for the slave cylinder, I was able to removed the unit. First I notice the boot was broken as you can see on the 1st picture, other than that all seam to be ok until I started compering the kit with the original parts.
1. The Boot rubber in the original unit is a little bigger, wider.
2. The Metal ring part on the original is different too. I think you can see it on the 3rd picture
3rd Once I removed the piston inside the slave cylinder, I saw that is also different.

I have a few questions. Is there another kit for the M3 E46 SMG? I did try to look for a different one but I couldn't find a kit for it.

Does anybody know if can fix this or I have to buy a new Slave Cylinder witch I would rather not and save. Once again thanks for your help

the fitment on both links says that it will fit e46 m3. The clutch slave cylinder on a SMG and on a Manual is slightly different. I would contact the people of where you got your kit from and ask them is it for the SMG. Maybe they gave you a wrong one b y accident.

It looks like the piece on top of the piston comes off. If so just pop it off and install it on the new one.

Isnít the old boot just ripped completely off from the base? I would assume that new boot would work if so.

Yes , I will have to write to them. In another post I read this kit was only for non-M cars

Gotcha. I would try a couple flat blade screwdrivers and try to pry it up by turn them as you work your way around the cylinder. I bet it comes off, probably just a tight fit.
