Default E30 M3 Air Accumulator

Hello, new to forum, I've had my e30 M3 for 15+ years, 2.5l conversion plus other usual upgrades ...

A question: does anyone know if the air accumulator comes with only one inlet size ? i.e from AFM to accumulator, the accumulator end should be around 100mm, is this the only size made ?

Mine seems to be smaller, wondering if it's been modified for some reason (can't think of a good one) or maybe from a 320is or another s14 variant ?

Want to research a bit before trying to replace with a new one (and no longer available ...)

Thanks for any input ...
