I got the vin from the guy and the car has a rebuild title due to water damage back in 1993..
ACCIDENT REPORTED is 2008 as well. front end..

If theres one thing that I would never, ever try and tackle, its restoration of a car with a body that is rusting apart. This will turn into a 35k m3 in no time, and still carry a salvage title. Pay big money up front for a car and you cry once. Buy a basket case and you cry for the entire ownership.
