Behind the bumper cover, but gets fresh air from the brake duct hole, kinda between the fender liner and bumper cover.

Remove the air duct from behind the bumper, that might open up room for more air
Make sure ur filter is clean also.
Why is ur front BOV connected to vacuum/ boost line on top?

Filter is clean. I'll try and remove the duct to see if that changes anything before I relocate the IAT.

That BOV is the only one I have. It's a stage 2 gen 3 kit that I upgraded the blower to a 38-91. I've heard that I can cap the manifold port and vent the BOV (line to manifold) to atmosphere, but haven't done it yet.
