Love the LM's as well, I shouldn't have sold them with the last e30! I like the RX too, not crazy about the bronze, but I feel lucky to have found a perfect e30 spec'd set- hubcentric & correct offset for the look I want, also half the price of the LM's- this will just be a driver after all.

A little bit more progress, but also a huge set back! F'ing UPS either lost or stole my package from Germany containing an EVO III wing w. CF gurney flap that was sent by Markus of S14.net. The tracking shows delivered, but I have CCTV footage all day long that proves UPS never stepped foot in the door of my business where I had it shipped! They are basically saying I need to take it up w/ Markus and if a claim is awarded, the money will go to him, which is fine. I am not sure how or where I can disprove their tracking info. It was under UPS "investigation" and the conclusion of that was package was delivered (as per the erroneous tracking info.) I heard that UPS can GPS track the truck at timestamp of delivery, but there is no one I can speak to to make that happen- all the calls go a Philippine call center, useless! I am now trying to use Amex "purchase protection" to get the payment credited, this will ensure Markus does not lose the money due to UPS' negligence...

In other news, my Renown steering wheel has arrived! Perfect size at 350- not too small and it has the M tri-color stitching, I have the BMW horn button for it and it looks period correct.

The OEM glove box flashlight is no longer rechargeable, it's a sealed case and the incandescent bulb is dated. It's NLA and sellers on eBay want an arm & leg. I replaced it w/ a 12V power outlet that fits into the factory flashlight socket, along w/ a modern LED flashlight to boot!

Finally got around to mounting the Group A mirrors. These are molded from genuine pieces, so the fit is perfect. However, no rubber gaskets are provided (none available either) and these have smaller bases than the original mirrors so the original gaskets don't work with these. Without a rubber gasket, there would be about an 1/8" gap allowing water to damage the tweeter on the inside of the pillar. So I had to make custom Group A mirror gaskets- perfect fit!

I'm thinking about powder coating the BBS RX's a lighter color, either silver or gold. I hate how the beauty of the design just gets lost in the dark, what do you guys think?
