Yokohamas for the track.. and this is for the E46 M3, E92 M3, E90 M3, and E36 M3..

For the street, which includes daily driving/commuting I would go with Hankook V12s or PSS's.

I run Hankook Evo V12s on my wide body MR2 and Falken Azenis RT 615 on my E36. Can't go wrong with either. V12s cheaper and will last longer though.

In Europe Federal 595 RSR are quite popular for trackdays. They're cheap, maybe not as fast as Toyo 888 but still very close in performance and they last way longer if you run them on low pressure to avoid the rubber to overheat

I think you should go for Kumho. This is one of the best tires I have come across. Their R compound makes them durable and efficient work. I also like Yoko AVS ES100. Their performance wise, they break away too easily. Go to a nice repair center for this so that you can get those replaced nicely.

I just recently bought e36 for racing weekends and I'm driving it there. Right now I have Michelin Pilot Sport which are almost gone. Which tires would be best for my needs? Also, I'm just an intermediate with racing...
