Default 2B25 Actuator problem

hi - i have a BMW M3 E92 130K 2008
I did not drive the vehicle for a month (I was on holiday)
Then, when I got back, I moved the car .. I let him work a little 5-10 minutes.
Then I started on a calm ride, then pressed more on the accelerator and suddenly a car malfunctioned

In the diagnostic test it appears that the 2B25 occurred after a study. I read that the problem was the gears in the throttle. I ordered an EBAY set of gears and I changed it according to the manual.

I also switched to BANK2 and Bank 1 (the problem was apparent in BANK1)
After putting together everything I moved the car, I moved the vehicle and unfortunately the problem was not solved
And when you press the throttle a little too much - the problem returns 2B25.

Ideas?

The problem is often electronics not gears. I would replace the actuator with a new or rebuilt one. Try mpowermotorsports for rebuilt or FCP Euro or other discounters for new.

I don’t think all those problems are related unless you screwed some wiring up. Could be battery related. I would clear all the codes and drive the car and see what returns.

It does seem odd you get only bank 1 actuator problems. It is possible you stretched or damaged wires. You have to be careful with the harness. Sometimes it can take a few resets of the codes. If you can reset adaption that could help also. Maybe you will get luck and avoid having to buy new actuators. Failure is common so don’t feel bad. I put new gears in 4 actuators, but only 2 worked and one of those failed a year later and the one that was still working I changed as preventative maintenance when I was changing the starter a few weeks ago. I don’t recommend just replacing gears. It was a hassle swapping like you are doing. I now have one new one now and one rebuilt (both gears and electronics).

Apparently, there is no problem in throttle. I switched between them (Bank 1 and Bank 2) and the problem still points to Bank 1. I also changed the sensors
