It's been a while since I've heard it but it seems like at idle one ticking lifter is slower than that, like half that fast. Could be two lifters?

I've played with old lifters and they are very sticky compared to new ones, it's pretty amazing the difference. New one you can squeeze like butter and old ones feel frozen or partially frozen to your fingers.

How many miles since the repair?

My car sat for the last 6 months, I drove it and the lifters were noisy.

So I did a few pulls up to 7k rpm, problem solved.
