Got new Michelin PSS4s on all four corners (just had my ZCP's powder coated, and threw some Gyeon RIM on them too... shit works!), and did all of the trim/weather stripping pieces for the rear quarters windows.

Feels good.

Installed my base/clear coated armrests with black leather inserts in preparation for my front black autoberry seat covers. Made that engine sparkle too. Did I mention I broke my interior door handle actuator cable during the armrest install? Well, something for me to do next weekend, sheesh. Ordered up from pelican.

Bought and refinished a set of rear 18" wheels which I mounted in the front for a square wheel look. Still running the 245/40/18 size.

Smog check.

Unfortunately, that means swapping the stock airbox back in, which left me no place to put the external reservoir for my coilover on the left side. Grr.

Oh, and this happened as I pulled into the smog shop :

I'm not sure it is quite the purpose of this thread, but what I did today was destroy my rear diff! I took my restoration car to DMV so I could get a temp tag so I could drive it to get some quotes, etc. I think the rear diff my have had no fluid -it was groaning when turning sharply. As I pulled up to the DMV I had to make a u-turn and BAM! I miss the good old days with the groaning diff :-(

Now it looks like I'll be rebuilding this one sooner than I expected.
