Default Bad night.. car died

So was crossing a street and my 01 m3 just gave out on me.. just sputtered and died. Sat there for twenty minutes trying to start it again but nothing.

It will turn over, stay under 1k rpms for 2-3 seconds and sputter out. Giving it gas doesnít help. What the hell could of happened? Has 115k miles

It can be anything to be honest. Mine just died on me a month ago due to a bad MAF sensor.

Try unplugging the MAF then start it.

Do the electronics in the car turn on? Anything seem dull on the dash? Could be alternator, check voltage.

Fuel pump? Check to see if it primes before you crank.
