Default DRAM settings in BIOS

I am setting up my new computer and had a question on the DRAM setting. In the past I have left it at auto, but this time around I will be setting it manually. I have all the info i need except for one thing: my mb (Asus A8n-SLI) supports up to PC3200 400MHz RAM. So do I put the speed for the RAM in the DRAM setting in BIOS to 400MHz or would it be 200MHz since it would then be DDR400. Am I making any sense? Help please!
