Default Spring/Summer M3 Convertible - What to mod?

Lurker here, ever since I bought my first m3 in 2011 (e90).

I picked up a 2005 M3 Vert last year, made sure all the maintenance was caught up (124k miles), and I'm now getting it ready for this year. Obviously I'm not taking it to the track or anything, but like everyone else I want to have as much fun with it as possible. My local BMWCCA chapter does regular tours around Texas, so that's really my aim from a spirited-driving perspective.

So the question. What mods does everyone recommend, and in what order? I know air intake and easy bolt-ons are the easiest and typically come first, but given what I'm looking to do, how would you go about building a fair-weather, twisty backroads cruiser?

TIA!

Forgot to mention that I've got Michelin PS4Ss going on this weekend to replace the garbage tires that were on it when I bought it.

What does "all maintenance" entail?

Subframe, VANOS, rod bearings, etc, etc, etc.

Yes.

All of the above, all of what's recommended in stickies and everywhere else I've looked.

What aspect of the car would you like to improve? Really any area of this car can be change/tweaked/improved.

If power, headers/cats/tune are your low hanging fruit.

If sound, CSL (or replica) airbox

If handling, some coilovers can be fairly transformation (but can ruin the car if the wrong set is selected). I'd skip camber plates if not tracking it. Some high quality monball RTABs can really improve the car without much NHV tradeoff-- e.g. Fall Line, Dinan, etc.

If light output, stock looking aftermarket projectors can put to shame anything that ever came stock on any car.

95A polyurethane suspension bushings (subframe, RTABs, FCABs) and if you don't mind noise then diff bushings as well. Personally I think poly bushings are underrated.

I'm leaning toward handling for now, honestly.

Power is always tempting, but the club drives are on roads that don't leave much room for opening past what BMW provided from the factory.

I also need to have some body work done, along with a respray, but I care more about the driving feel right now. I think I might get the body/paint work done over next winter.
