Same. But tws does stand for "ten w sixty". So they probably got tired of being redundant.

I just picked some up this week. A lot of local mechanics that work on higher end sport cars have been using it....so I tried it. $13.99 x 7 a bottle here in SoCal. Seems to be great so far.

Amazon has a 12 pack for $125. Comes out to a little over $10 a bottle.

Mainly the additive package if I recall correctly. The earlier formulation didn't have titanium which supposedly increases film strength and reduces wear. When I mention packaging, I'm referring to the labels. The bottle shape has pretty much remained standard - just changed colors. Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong though.

Can't beat Liqui Moly $40 for the 5 litre jar.

Except, notwithstanding it's own moniker, it contains no molybdenum, nor does it contain titanium. It's good on zinc, but so are all oils basically; zddp is pretty standard.

TWS consistently has had the best combo of add pack, cold pour, tbn, etc. Ya it shears, but they all do.

On the track, especially since you're changing it more often, you can worry less about add pack and focus more on it holding its viscosity, so LM would be a great choice in that scenario.

TWS for street
LM for track

Yes there are other good oils like Total/motul/shell/et al, but I'm keeping it simple.
