I use the Breville Smart Grinder for drip coffee.

The Rancilio Rocky for espresso.

The Lido2 for Pour-overs or French Press.

I use the Hario Slim for portability.

Hey, I just noticed this thread! If anyone is in the Charlotte area, I'm opening up a specialty coffee bar at the bottom of the North Skyhouse Tower in 4th Ward called Queen City Grounds. We'll be roasting in house so you'll be able to see the whole operation, bean to cup.

Here's a recent article from Charlotte Agenda on how it all came together and what we're doing. Would love for any of you to stop by and say hello!

Haha, no idea! The Ridiculous Thread is quite a black hole.

We're not open quite yet. We are still in full build out mode, steel going in for the mezzanine now! Looking forward to meeting you! And thank you for the kind words on our logo.
