OP didn't say that his clutch engagement feels like it is too slow even if he dumps the clutch or feels like maybe clutch is worn or slipping and he is trying to figure out how to get it to engage quicker.

I might be misunderstanding the recommendation though?

Nope you are correct! I will be doing a fluid swap in the next 2 weeks. Will keep you guys posted on results
