Default My car's performance is really suffering! Help!

I installed catless headers, no leaks, shark race software, o2 sensors are correctly installed: verified by myself about 3 times and a few other people. I am still getting a bank 1 rich bank 2 lean code and SES. My DME fuses are all working and checked. MAF sensor is clean and all components of the intake are secure and fastened.

My only other thought is the secondary air pump. Maybe it is leaking a bit where the gasket should be sealing. I didn't put a new gasket on when I took it off to install the headers. Or maybe, the pump just isn't working- the plug on the bottom is securely fastened and clean. Not sure how to verify it's properly working.

The car sputters, backfires, runs rough and just plain nasty and embarassing at times.... it has different behavior every time I let off of the accelerator and back down on it.

Any help?

If you can find someone with the AutoEnginuity system, with the BMW extension, it might be useful to watch the output of your O2 sensors. If they're showing a massive imbalance, that might be a clue as where to look. I see you have some intake modifications besides the exhaust - for an imbalance on mixtures I'd be wondering a bit about the intake side of things.
