No, I have the original crossover bar thing still installed. I'm looking forward to putting the x-brace on my car. I actually have a friend with a shitbox 328i vert. I'm wondering if he would let me trade my crossover bar for his x brace.

Poor guy will have the worst of all worlds haha! Well if he doesn't want to part with it, they can usually be had in the classifieds or salvage yards pretty cheap..
