Default Which Carbon Roof?

Hi all,

I got myself a little project 60k mile e46 M3. Got the car running and driving after it sat abandoned for several years, now I have to deal with some hail damage.

The roof is pretty much a total loss, no PDR is going to fix the roof, I already tried.

I am going to scalp the old girl and install a carbon roof.

My question is, for the people who have seen/installed carbon roofs, which ones have you liked the best? Best fit/finish.

OE CSL - NLA (would have been cool but not gonna happen)

Lang (LINK) - Looks like others on the forum have installed these and have been very pleased.

Bimmer World (LINK) - Another option, and likely get it with no clear as I can spay the clear on myself.

DTM Fiberwerkz (LINK) - Not sure about the quality. ??? best price though.

Any additinal information/sugesstions? Need to pull the trigger before it gets too cold here in CO.

TIA

I'd also consider looking into:

Challenge:
http://challenge-usa.com/blog/produc...6-carbon-roof/

Karbonius:
http://www.karbonius.es/web_ing/prod.../base_bmw.html

Streamline:

I can source you a Streamline one, if it interests you.
CSL Carbon Fiber Roof 2x2 $810.00
CSL Carbon Fiber Roof 1x1 $874.00

From my limited understanding, they should all be pretty similar and good choices. It likely will come down to 1x1 vs 2x2, price, and wait time/availability.

I'm sure other guys will chime in with what they have.
Cheers.

ECS Tuning has one, too, IIRC. That's what I'll be sourcing when the time comes.

I'm starting to think I'll never sell the M3 so carbon roof is now on the cards so to speak, I've asked around a few shops here and they've all laughed in my face at the thought... I wish I lived in the US sometimes

I hate the sunroof, worst part is it took me 12 months to find my perfect spec M3 then a few weeks after I bought it an identical one came up for sale without the sunroof! Although it did have a lot more mileage.

Is the Karbonius really $600? Wonder how much it is to ship. For that price, why get a CF sunroof delete, just get the whole roof.
