breaker bar ( or a long half in ratchet ) and the stocket to fit the crank bolt. Get someone to hold the ratchet or brace it to something when it turns while ur torqueing the flywheel.

Honnestly for flywheel, I usually do new bolts, red locktite and half inch impact in a star pattern twice. I know it's not rigth but it's never failed me before. Pressure plate however I use a calibrated torque wrench, new bolts, red loctite and if using a performance pressure plate 23ft-lbs.

I've done countless so far and this has proven the best method. Flywheel bolts arents half as important as pressure plate bolts.
