Default Multiple Cylinder Misfire-Help Needed

So I was driving home last night and while cruising at about 40mph, the car began to stutter and the SES light came on. Pulled out my scanner and the car gave me codes:

p0300- Random/Multiple misfires detected,
p0302- Cylinder 2 misfire detected
p0304- Cylinder 4 misfire detected
p0305- Cylinder 5 misfire detected
p1341- Multiple misfire with fuel cut-off

I am just beginning to try and diagnose this, and so far I have unplugged the MAF but that did not make it idle better. I have looked around the forum at other similar topics but have a hard time finding anything where anyone comes to a conclusion of what fixed the issue when they had it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Coils are stock. Unfortunately since the car is an 03 I can't get it covered at the dealer. I wouldn't want to buy a bunch of new coils and have it not fix the issue. Is there a way to test if it is the coils before purchasing them to replace?

Changed the spark plugs this morning and that did not fix the issue either.

i would say to change the coils as this sounds like the problems with my 03 couple of months back which had the original stock ones in

How many miles on the car? It could be the spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel injectors or fuel pump.

When was the last time you changed plugs and coils?

Did the plugs this morning, and working on getting coils to try replacements today. After some fishing around, I think coil pack 5 may not be on as I see no change in idle when I unplug it.

did u recently get fuel from a different service station than normal. Fuel filter been changed at all lately? sounds it could also be a problem with some bad fuel. If you start the car now does it still idle rough and throw codes? or did it only happen that one time on the drive home?

I replaced cylinder 5's coil pack and resolved the problem today. Very interesting that with one bad coil pack multiple cylinders will throw a code. For anyone who searches this issue and finds this thread, 1 coil pack can definitely solve this problem!
