TWS 10w60 whenever the service indicator shows 7,500 and 0 miles, which is about every 5k miles.

On a leased car, i would just follow whatever oil intervals the onboard computer says. (this is assuming you don't buy it out at the end of the term)

0W-40 and roughly every 7K miles.

My car burns a quart every 3,000 so I add a 2 quarts before each oil change.

I change mine about every 8-9k using Full Synthetic. I only use the weight that's written on the cap/recommended by the manufacturer. I've tried Mobil 1, Pennzoil, Castrol, and also the Mobile Extended Performance and Castrol EDGE. With those last two, I change the oil every 13k and the filter every 6,500.
