Both VANOS adaptations are about 3 degrees CR. Not perfect but definitely in spec. VANOS test passes no problem. Yes VANOS adaptations were reset.

Your other suggestion is clogged cats. This seems like the only possible thing I haven't tried. Feeling desperate enough to pick up a known good set of US OE headers/cats for cheap and try it out... Any other suggestions at this point?

I spent a little over an hour on the dyno last night with dialling in the Infinity on my current E46 M3.

Mod list is as below:

AEM Infinity Standalone w/map sensor
Eventui Intake with Mishimoto elbow
Stock euro headers with decats, Milltek section 2 and stock back box

Managed to pick up power and torque everywhere just by tweaking the inlet vanos, ran out of time in the end so didnt really touch ignition or exhaust vanos.

I have a set of cat 272/280 cams coming from Leighton so it'll be interesting to see what I can get out of those on the stock plenum before having to switch to a carbon airbox.
