If they were foamier then maybe this would be fine, but since the material is actually quite stiff, they are too brittle to force into position.

Malloy is going to fit them to his bumper shortly for a second opinion, and if needed, will figure out a v2.0. Regardless, Malloy is a great guy to work with, so I am positive everybody will be happy once these are widely available. It will just require a little more patience.

In the meantime I cut plain old styrofoam from Michael's in the dimensions from the Imola/CSL car on page 1, wrapped them in packaging tape to avoid them from braking/crumbling, and they are doing the job. So for those who are impatient, you can consider this route.
I think I'm going to have to do the styrofoam in the mean time, but I will be really curious to see how it all comes out when you get the R&D done.

No “sets” as you would understand that expression

I have several big ones and 1 small. You can easily trim big ones. $20 each or 2 for 30 or 3 for 40

Since I'm unable to print these at a fair price I can offer the production-ready STL files to anyone who:
1. needs them for their car
2. has a printer (or a friend with a printer) and the time to do it themselves
3. agrees to not use the files for financial gain. Sure, I can't stop you from printing and selling but you will look like a dick to the community

My shims were printed with NinjaFlex (85A) as I think they need to be somewhat flexible like the stock foam to fit the bumper contour.

Scanning credit goes to my man Mike O'Brien - an incredible talent and must follow on IG. @3d_magic_mike

PM me for details.

Where were you before I bought several on eBay from MPartsWW? I'm still missing a couple of the smaller pieces though so would love the STL files. PM on its way, thanks.
