Default JRZ Suspension Engineering RS Pro True Rear Coilover

The JRZ Suspension Engineering RS Pro dampers have been my absolute damper of all time. On my personal E46 M3, I have installed, tested, and track over a dozen different setups in the last 15 years. I've tried everything from simple lowering springs to entry level coilovers to these high end JRZs. Nothing has come close to the incredible range of adjustability and performance that these have provided me. This has been the damper that I have owned the longest out of everything.

The time has come to finally try something new and different. I am selling, because I want to upgrade to the JRZ Suspension Engineering 1132 Motorsport dampers. My car is slowly becoming exclusively driven on track, so I'd like to try a different product for 2017.

These RS Pros were rebuilt in April 2016. During the rebuild, all seals, o-rings, washers, and fluid were replaced. In addition to the rebuild, I updated the front strut bodies to the latest JRZ anti-corrosion coated bodies. The rebuild was $900 in parts/labor. The strut bodies were an addition $875 in parts.

These dampers still perform just like new! Every click makes the difference that it should. With appropriate spring rates, these can be a killer track setup while still be so compliant on the street.

For my personal review, it can be seen here: http://m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=492299

Brand New Price: $4575.00 + $275 shipping from JRZ
Rebuild Price: $900.00
Strut Body Upgrade: $875.00

Used Price: $4000.00 shipped CONUS
Shipping: FedEx Ground Insured
Condition: They are of course used, so superficially, there will be some solely superficial scratches and scuffs. The dampers do not leak any fluid. Compression and rebound circuits perform just as they should. Again, these were just rebuilt, so internally, everything is still in great condition.
Photos: I can try to take photos next week of their current condition.

For any questions, feel free to comment here or message me privately.
Photos to come!

Quick question flipm3, was rebound adjustment on the rear shock at the bottom, and you used that little tool to adjust it like the standard RS? Or am I an idiot and completely missed where it is, haha.

Debating this, but I have a horribly bad back and I hated lifting up the car and crawling under it to set my shocks when I had JRZ RS standards or KW Clubsports in the past.

Rear shocks are inverted monotube on the RS Pro, so yup, it is adjusted at the bottom in the rear.

I definitely know what you mean with it being a bit tedious, but after getting into a good rhythm, it got fairly easy. What I like about these is that the clicks can be felt versus some of the other dampers on the market.

Let me know if I can clarify anything else!

Thank you everyone for the kind words!

Been so busy at work, haven't had time to take photos quite yet. Hopefully by this Sunday, I'll have snaps for you all.

I'm still a bit of a noob with the e46 platform.

Are you running a roll cage or some other form of serious rear shock mount reinforcement to utilize the true coilover rear? I know on the e30/e36 it's sort of a pre-requisite to run chassis reinforcement to use coilover rear.

Finally had the chance to uninstall the JRZ Suspension RSPros!
I will do my best to snag some pics this week.
Although these were listed as dampers only, I can put these together with Eibach springs and Ground Control street camber plates if buying party is interested.

Shoot a PM with any questions!

With the JRZ rear clevis mount for the true rear coilover, a full cage/reinforcement is not needed.

Haven't had any issues over the many years/miles running a true rear coilover on my E46 M3. This included many track days and pot-hole filled all-season driving!
