Default Misfires on 1, 3, 6 - Valve adjustment just done, can't figure it out

Valve adjustment just completed, car drives nice. However, I need to get emissions done and I keep throwing a CEL for misfires. Car is also supercharged with VF Stage 1.

I did see a code for the EGT this morning, but I cleared it (that's why it's not pictured).

I rather not spend $1000 to get this sorted out, but it's going that way....

List of things I'd like to replace to rule them out:

-All four o2 sensors ~$350-400
-Intake/Exhaust CPS ~$250
-EGT ~$175
-TPS

Things I've already done / replaced

-New bosch coils
-New Spark Plugs
-Oil Change
-Valve Adjustment
-New Injectors
-VF's Stage 1 MAF-less reflash
-Vacuum Tested
-Compression / Leak down

I've attached an idle data log, full data starts at line 57. Also see the attached video to see what my AFR is doing. Car is not fully warmed up.

The data log on 5-12-12 is while the car is warming up. It also has more data categories than the previous log.

Suggestions, please and thanks.

How does it run? Do you feel the misfires? You changed the coils but it can still be coils. (I had to replace my bosche ones after just 40k) Can you pull up your fuel trims on Bavarian Tech? If you don't feel the misfires under load its likely not the coils. Possible lean misfires at idle. Since your Supercharged look for air getting in around your clamps. VF uses the hard plastic molded plenum and they often leak if not clamped well. Don't go changing parts yet.

^ Like states above. Fuel trims would be a great thing for you to post up. maf readings, o2 sensor voltage readings, tps are tools that you can post.....(if the tool allows it) for us to help you diagnose the concern. Does the C.E.L come right back on if you clear the codes? if not, does it come on at idle, or cruising speed, accel,decel....

-smoke test was performed, car is not leaking air, everything tightened down pretty well
-coils have about 150 miles on them same with plugs

I believe I can pull fuel trim.

-Tune is mafless (i.e., doesn't use the maf, it uses an alpha-n tune)

I can pull o2 sensor voltages and I believe tps.

I'll gather all of this data tomorrow evening, if you have specifics on what you're looking for, please let me know. I'll graph out a few minutes of it idle and under load.

EDIT: Code reappears within a couple of minutes of clearing it, during idle.

no time to get data logs this evening, will try tomorrow ;/

Also replacing #12 on this diagram:

http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...10&hg=13&fg=15

The clip broke and it's zip tied to the rail temporarily. Buddy thinks a leak here could cause misfires under load. Part will be here Thursday/Friday. Anyone have thoughts on that?

if im looking at the diagram correctly it seems to be a quick connector attaching to the fuel rail or from a fuel line? just a lil confused to where exactly im looking on the car. (when you smoke tested the vehicle where to you "T" into?

Awaiting on graphing results..

BTW i was thinking... have you looked at the exhaust tabs on your vanos lately? or done a cylinder leak down test?

Vanos was replaced roughly 20k ago. I am not throwing any vanos codes, exhaust or intake cps codes, so I'm not sure what to do?

Compression and leak down was done a week ago while I had it at the shop for the valve adjustment.

There is a rail to the right of the fuel rail if you're looking at the vehicle from the front. That T-line goes down to the ICV. The connector on that rail holds vacuum, if I pull it off while the car is running, the engine dies.

Also note, the vacuum is a little odd when warming up. I did notice it sitting closer to 18inHg and being fairly stable.
