Default Misfires on 4, 5, 6 - replaced lots, not sure where to go from here....

Car had an old GIAC tune on a VF SS kit. I contacted VF and asked them to upgrade to the VF-420 kit (which is MAF-less). The kit includes new injectors, FPR, a reflash, and a upgraded bypass valve spring.

After I threw everything in the car and removed the maf, I cleared the adaptions using a bavarian technic tool.

Fired the car up, sounded like it was missing a bit, but wasn't too bad. Took it down the road, and it began to run like crap and started misfiring pretty noticeably, stalling out, etc. Pulled it back in the garage and read the codes. Cylinders 1, 4, 5, 6 were misfiring. I replaced 3 coil packs with Bosch brand coil packs and the misfire went away on 1. Now it's just on 4, 5, 6.

-Replaced all coil packs for the remaining cylinders
-Replaced Spark Plugs with NGK 8's

Next step might be to replace the intake and exhaust cam position sensors, but I am not getting codes for any of those.

I read that you can get misfires if the o2 sensors for that particular bank are plugging in the wrong way, but I don't see how that's possible since the plugs only fit in their respective sockets? Unless you swap the pre and post sensors??

I am up for suggestions, if I can't figure it out it'll be towed to the shop later this week or weekend.

Thanks!

so the missfire codes are the only codes u have right now? Does the scanner or programmer if you have one allow u to data log anything? o2 sensor voltage, IAT, TPS, ECT, anything like that?

iirc the voltages for the pre-cat were 0.16v and the post were 0.5v at idle.

It is misfire on 4,5,6 and another code for misfires on multiple cylinders

I can pull up all the other values if i know what they norms should be

Not an FI expert, what is an FPR? were any other components replaced that affect vacuum or multiple cylinders?
Reason I ask is, you should always go back to what changed last. It is very unlikely - not impossible - that unrelated components failed, so I'd be reluctant to shotgun other parts in this scenario.

Fuel Pressure Regulator, the VF kits now use a 3.5 bar. It's just in case you want to upgrade to a higher kit.

Problem seems to be on cylinders 4-6. If it were a fuel issue, it should affect all cylinders I'd think.

Agreed that it would seem this way, but if not much trouble, I'd put the old on in and even the plugs before I went after other components.

Are you 100% sure you have the coils down correctly on the plugs, and did you torque the plugs?

I tried it with the original FPR before I fired it up the first time, swapped to the 3.5 bar after, no change.

Coils are properly seated, nice and snug. Yes, torqued to spec, using the e46 bible (thick shop service manual).

The old plugs were in 90% of the time, I swapped them before posting, fired it up and had same issue so I threw in the towel for the day.

1-3 were white, 4-6 were a bit worn, but not white. Seems that 1-3 are running a little hot... but I can't verify for sure.

I once had misfire on cylinder 2, and it was caused by bad O2 sensor.

Thanks.

One of the o2 sensors was replaced about 10 miles ago.

I am going to do a compression test this evening after work as well.

Planning to order / replace granted compression is good:

-Intake Cam sensor
-Exhaust Cam sensor
-Crank Position Sensor
-All four o2 sensors

Found this diagram as well, not sure if it is accurate or not.
