First step- confirm road force balance was successful and try to get runout numbers on each tire rim pair. If they can't provide that- ask them to recheck due to vibration and ask to watch or get a print out of results. If they are unwilling- I'd question if they just employed conventional balancing.

This is the most likely source of your problem. It must be ruled out before going any further.

I had this problem as well but. 55-65mph the steering wheel vibrated like crazy. Torq'd the bolts again and vibration has gone away.

Take a second look at this and make sure its all put in correctly.

I doubt its brakes

I would go with wheel bearings and exhaust hangar. My exhaust was somehow vibrating through my car and it was driving me nuts.

Is the Vibration When Accelerating? or can you drive out of the vibration? Like if you speed up to say 70-80mph or even at 50 mph is the vibration still there? If its during acceleration i would be looking at your driveshaft or any driveline components. if you can dive out of it, it sounds like a tire problem. You can do a run-out check of your rim yourself if you have a dial indicator

Do you have headers or any exhaust mods?

Put the spacers back on and parked it.
What are he symptoms of following
Bad Guibo
Bad Wheel bearing
As far as exhaust hangar, would that cause steering wheel vibrations?
Here what kinda vibration I'm feeling, say I'm going 55 into a slight left turn, then I'm coming back onto a straightaway and straightening wheel back I feel type wobbly/pulsating feel in the steering wheel well something like that, accelerating wot makes it worse at said speeds
thanks for suggestions so far
Mods; eBay headers- they hit on right fcab at hard left turns. Btw I'm lowered on stein springs
