euro4life has my favorite setup with the oem 18's squared ..although maybe its just because its imola
damnit now i want to go back to oem grilles!

I am actually a fan of the OEM 18s. I'll probably use them as winters next year if I don't find anything else I like.
I wouldn't call this "stance", but some spacers and a drop from when I first got the car:







I was perfectly happy with this setup visually.

Stance doesn't necessarily mean all show and no go. There are plenty of Stanced M3's that perform extremely well.
