Quick update. Suction hose was junk. Installed new reservoir, suction hose, return hose and filled up the system. All is good!

How did you handle installation of the steel retaining clip?
I ended up reusing the aluminum clip that was on the shaft when I disassembled the pump.

Did you rebuild the pump, or simply replace the lines and reservoir?
