Good to know.

I don't mind waiting, so overseas it is.

Did you ever end up purchasing the Abrahams/Lester wing? How was the fit?

It seems that the Lester wing is now discontinued. Just FYI.

I bought a wing off of eBay. 2/10, would not recommend. Iím afraid to mount it because Iím worried itíll explode while Iím driving on the freeway.

I purchased a Schmeidmann. It's still in the box. I'll probably end up keeping it in case I need it as an OEM wing for Bimmer Challenge.

I'll probably get a BMSPEC wing for now though.

if that box ends up taking up too much space for you, you could always sell it

No, donít do that. Sell the GT wing to me, and get yourself a PTG Evo wing.

My OEM wing has a couple of funny gaps when you get up close. I figured it wasn't "just mine" lol.

Honestly as long as you get a decent quality wing that won't sag, the prep and paint will make the biggest difference in the final look.

PS: why would you need a wing for Bimmer Challenge? My interpretation is it adds a point to your classing for little return - the OEM and OEM replicas don't really do much downforce wise.

OEM wings are just 1 point and it is my understanding that while the LTW has a shit load of drag - it does still have some downforce associated with it. I would be curious why BMW would create a piece that has no real world value and functionality and put it on their LTW cars?

My car has a "high rise" low wing that came with the car so I'm already paying for the point (it's 1 point) so an LTW is the same point cost.

I'm considering stepping down from my 80 tread wear tires so I can spend those points on more aggressive aero.
