Keep us updated. This is one of the worst cases I've seen. Good luck.

The point of the reinforcement kit was to prevent this. Keep us posted.

I recommend you contact an attorney. Obviously the shop doesn't feel it's their fault. Get a second opinion from another shop. Take detail pictures, keep all of the receipts.

If you have written letters/emails from the shop...keep them for proof.

Don't know if you're in the local BMWCCA but chances are some of the members are practicing attorney. Post up on the local forum to see if someone can recommend you one.

If it was my car and the shop did a piss poor job like the one in the pics, I won't even bother talking with them if they told me to go screw off like what happened to you. They'll get a letter from my attorney to meet me in court !

GL!!

They probably didn't clean the surfaces and seal it properly. The welds look terrible. The shop should be held responsible.

Holt sh*t man. That is the worst subframe damage I have ever or probably will ever seen. I'm sorry to hear that. I say bring this to court immediately. It is completely the shops fault for doing unprofessional and lazy work. Welds are awful and the job was not done right. Really sorry to hear this man. I wish the best for you. Keep us posted.
