for those who got reimbursement, when did you have the repair done?

iirc, you had to have the repair done before a certain date.

thanks.

Did you get your subframe reinforced before the settlement, or after?

Hate to revive an old thread but I have had my paperwork in since around July 2010, just two months before the deadline and still no word from whether I qualified for reimbursement. I finally contacted them via email January 14 and just today someone got back to me saying my name matched many others that applied for reimbursement. I quickly replied back with my address hoping they will get back to me soon.

My question is, is this wait time typical?

Apparently it takes a long time, unless you complain and moan like some of the m3forum members did.

I've been waiting since September.

Well I guess that it is good to know I'm not the only one.

Been waiting since Late July. Contacted them a couple of weeks ago and told me they have not received a decision yet on my claim, but should hear back soon. I have not contacted them since.

shadowless i don't think yours will qualify as you have WAY too much mods on your car hehe

it would just be assbackwards to try to remove the mods just to get a few bucks for a subframe mounting point REPAIR..

Chances are that they are probably slammed with requests as I'm sure many waited till the last minute to get file their claim. It took them about 6 or so months for my reimbursement.
