Default Intro to E36 M3 ownership

Nice! I like the wheels. Also how much did you pay? It's nice to keep a log of what they are going for these days.

Thanks! I'll put that on the to-do-list

Agreed!

I've looked into it a bit so far and was considering the BMW Euro Spec or the Euro Style Glass headlights.

Of course i'd like to go with the BMW Euro Spec lights, but $700 is a bit steep right now when I want to recover the front seats.

Looks great! I was a bit worried after the trailer pics. Props to you for already doing the headliner yourself...I've heard it's not a super fun job. One that I'm dreading having to do someday (knock on wood).

Congrats on the pick up! Looks like you may have 2 different types of kidney grills... Unless I'm mistaken. Good luck on all the projects, black with Modena is really cool when it's clean. I have the sand beige interior which is not quite as intense and saturated a color as Modena, but it's similar, I love it.

You weren't the only one worried about that! I was a bit nervous when it showed up but it cleaned up fairly well!

The headliner was a pain in the ass for sure! But it was a cheap fix ($50) for a nice upgrade.

I didn't even notice that. Thanks for pointing it out! Checked out your hellrot in your post, love it!

Here are some interior shots of the car.

The drivers bolster is in bad shape but I plan on buying covers from autoberry and having them redone this summer.

Don't bother, the color will not match.

Thanks!

Any events you attend in the area? I'd like to meet some fellow M3 owners. Would love to see your M3 in person!

I figured they would be a bit brighter. I've read through a lot of the threads on here and other forums about repair/recovering. Recovering sounded like the best option.

Anything you've had first hand experience with?
