James,

why is your shipping so damn expensive internationally....? its to the point now i use the site to get pictures and compile carts and then simply order from one of your competitors.

digger wasn't aware our shipping was so ugly when going overseas. Do me a favor if you wouldn't mind. Next time you are preparing an order and see the crazy shipping cost shoot me a PM with the parts so I can see if it's an error in the backend (weights and dims of parts) or if our overseas shipping really just needs reviewing.

Yup i've ordered a mirror in january like the 2nd and the shipping date was 2 days later, when the day arrived it was back ordered to february i said okay i can wait then it was back ordered again to march and so on and so on. I had to cancel the order when the arriving date was in july. The answer from customer service was the same:"we are doing our best to get the parts we will notify you". 6 months and they didn't even try to get 1 piece and if look at the page it is still not in stock and then it will be back ordered i guarantee it

the part number is 51167892264

My only beef with ECS is that they switched to FedEx. When it was USPS I would get delivery of my stuff the next day. Now that it is Fed Ex I ordered something on Thursday and will not be here until Tuesday. No bueno. Even though it is not ECS's fault that I will not get the items as fast, it still sucks.

Other than that though they have been very helpful with any issues to me. I will continue to do business with them but I really do hope that they don't have FedEx deliver.

I can always set you up with a personal sales rep who will override the automatic shipping system and set you up with whatever shipping option you'd like. Shoot me a PM if you'd and I'll get you with one of our guys.
