first time was...
1. Aircraft remover to strip clear
2. grind down curb rash with dremel
3. sand rash areas with 400 grit
4. sand all surface with 800, 1200, and 2000
5. polish by hand with metal polish

this time...
1. polishing wheel on high speed drill with blue magic metal polish
2. chemical guys jet sealant

They are 19x9 et35 front and 19x10 et25 rear with 245/35 and 275/30 Michelin PSS. They are hyper silver, no powder coating.

Hate to divert from the wheels, which look fantastic...

I engaged in the pedestrian task of installing new OE fan clutch and blades as summer temps have started flirting with triple digits.

I ran with a free wheeler during winter months, and as many have experienced, the aux fan kept things under control.
