My PO did the full BavSound for H/K upgrade without the sub, so I haven't had a stock comparison. I'd say its a clean, good value upgrade. Sound quality is not awe-inspiring but definitely does sound good. Granted, I usually have volume low and the windows down, but to each their own. I'd say go for it

After calling BAVSOUND they do not make a speaker upgrade for the 95' without the HK system.... bummer...
