Default Before I pull the door panel....window issue input

Just got the new car last night, everything is great but the front driver's window is inoperable, sunroof and all other windows work normally. I swapped the switch with the passenger side and that wasn't it. I contact the previous owner and he sent a receipt where the window motor and regulator were replaced within the last 2 years.

When using the button I can feel a soft click in the door panel, almost hear the click, whether I am pushing button to open or close the window. But nothing happens.

Before I pull the door panel is there anything else I can check or do to problem shoot? The window was fully functional before it was shipped so I'm thinking something just got jostled loose in the door. Shipping company had the window rolled down for loading when they picked up the vehicle Friday.

If it was a fuse or relay it would effect all the windows right?
Soft click in the door indicates its getting a signal so its likely something in the door.

Update....
Window is now working, on its own it started responding. One touch down but no one touch going up. As it bottoms out going down it makes a loud click.
I'm guessing something is out of alignment, I need to replace one of the speaker rings in the door so I'll pull the panel this weekend and get it sorted.

the regulator can bind..... by shutting (er slaming) a door shut this can change the pinch point enough to make op or inop.... I have this same thing on my psgr window...... about half way up it clicked out of auto-up...... going to have a look when I get my car back from paint shop.

Oh yeah... Even a perfect 20yo car shipped one day can have a problem the next.
Be prepared for other things and don't go thinking about silly mods just yet. You'll need that time/money getting to know the car first.

Check the plastic guides. They deteriorate over time. I had a 1997 328is coupe with a problem passenger window that stopped working, and I thought it was the regulator. When I pulled it apart the regulator worked, but the plastic guides were broken. I replaced those parts for about $4 and it was in good shape.
