Update: went ahead and did the Dinan intake, throttle body, exhaust, and stage 3 tune. So far, it has led to nothing but problems. Persistent throttle problems (for example, a chugging/delayed acceleration in third gear), ASC light, and TPS code. This is the third time it has been back in the shop for review. Last time, they adjusted the throttle and put nearly 90 miles on it with no lights. I get it and three days later, the effing ASC light is on after maybe 40 miles.

Regrets, I have a few.

This type of error can be caused by the throttle plate not being centered at full throttle and/or not adjusted correctly in the idle position. Note that for the TPS to be adjusted at idle the mounting holes have to be enlarged slightly. Check the full throttle centering first.

Update: DME was shipped out to Dinan. Software was checked, reloaded, -'d all adaptations (previously learned traits) were cleared out. Drove it for the last 3-4 days with no codes. Everything seems to be going well now.
