LMAO! Well in a way you are right. I drive like a grandpa on the street though so I'm not that worried.

Okay so that is about as loud as possible for headers/section 1 (the oem resonator is pretty null IMO)

Do 4 resonators in section 1... Ha, it has to help!

Awesome to hear! I assume the far left exit (diffuser exit - according to BW website) is the earliest ones to come back?

Or do the same thing with an optional section 4 for street driving ala GT3 that bolts on to rear exit if 3.5" pipe, call it a super turn down.

True but trust me, even with a resonated section 1 its not going to quiet down enough to drive on the streets of SoCal.

i don't know about you guys, but i bought my m3 to enjoy it whenever i drive it. luckily i still drive my car on the street as well as the track, but when i drive it on the street, i don't want to shift gears at 3500rpm. i want to wind out 2nd and 3rd gears on occasion. i think having to short shift an m3 because your exhaust is too loud is a silly idea.

for the track guys - sure. for the guys that live in the middle of nowhere - sure. for the guys that live in densely populated areas - not so much.

Agreed and well said.

I think this is why Bimmerworld properly advertises this product as a true race exhaust.

I'm not going to lie, I really wish I could drive a setup like this everyday and gain incredible power while losing a ton of weight. Unfortunately, it's just not practical.

If I had a track dedicated car, there is no doubt I would get this.

I'm going to try to get up to a club race at road atlanta and hear one of these things.

My car is already offensively loud, so I'm thinking I might as well go all in.
