Who thinks SGT can produce a small run of CSL bumpers in numerous variations and make money selling them at $600?

What probably happens is someone has the tooling to make the bumpers. Itís gets sold or reused and a company just pumps out bumpers. Then vendors here resell them.

Donít see an issue unless they misrepresented the material.

If AIT does make SGT bumpers....I wonder if they make their diffusers as well? If so great buy lol. Maybe AIT is a new option for us...for over half the price

I was looking at the site but the 1pc front lip isn't listed there though. just the trunk which do cost 800bucks.

I purchased a CSL bumper from SGT in April 2017. They said they were in stock and that delivery would be 7-9 days. Five weeks later I received the bumper in an AIT box. To call the fitment bad is an understatement. If I had not spent an extra month not being able to drive while waiting for the bumper, I would have returned it and went another route. After hours of grinding and sawzall work I was able to get the bumper held in place with 12-15 pop rivets. Forget about using the stock mounting points, no way possible. The Status Gruppe CSL bumper is the lowest-quality, most poorly made part on my car.

I don't even know how they are still around, atleast for the e46 m3 market. His shipping times are always behind. Didn't they host a group buy for headers and the wait time was almost a year. A year full of excuses. And they really don't sell much for our cars.

Been happy with my SGT trunk and diffuser fitment/quality aside from the absurd shipment delay. My SGT front bumper will go next to that one guy's streamline bumper in the dumpster eventually however.

This was me that posted on FB, haven't had time to post on here yet. I'm honestly over trying to deal with Mike and his bs so I'm just going to let my body guy do his thing and hope it fits decent. It will take too long to dispute the transaction with my bank and whatnot. It sucks, but not going to sit here and cry over $300. ($400 shipped from AIT/eBay and $700 shipped from SGT)

My diffuser that I bought from SGT this time was the same exact one from AIT on eBay too, except it was double the price. ($395 vs $200)

I just hope this thread deters people from buying anything from SGT.

On the plus side, my car is going to be done next week so I'll forget about this once I get behind the wheel again.
