If possible you should really go with a staggered setup as thats how they came unless there is a reason you don't want to...

all that talk of understeer with the staggered setup only comes into play on the track...otherwise it just looks effin sweet...i mean kevins car with the 255's in the back is like bread and butta.

My main reason would be so I can rotate and because I already have $750 in new tires that are the same size. I dont know it would work to put the same size tires on different sized rims?

In that case you should definately look for a set of 8.5's all around. That tire size won't look good on a 7.5 rim and to make it look right you would have to run lower tire pressures in them which would mess up your sidewall after a while. If you can buy a set then just buy two at a time like said by a previous poster. Good Luck

When you put tires that are supposed to fit a rim thats 8.5 on a 7.5 it makes the tire want to crown unless you run lower tire pressure then it does damage to the sidewall. I wouldn't run them on there unless I had to.

Thanks for the advice. Good thing I will be storing for the winter here soon so I can find new rims. What PSI should I be running with my current setup? What PSI should I store at for the winter?
