Update: i flashed it w the TTFS tune. it helped a lot, it now know where the gears are. However, when im shifting over 3K RPM, 2>3 and 3>4. it hesitates.

I'm interested in this as well, my cars been having this issue for the past few months. Really makes it less enjoyable to drive.

I've done a full work up on inpa, including realigning everything. Still continues

Have you checked the pressure the pump is producing? Check it with INPA it should be around 85 bar.

I noticed this with an SMG car I drove before buying my 6MT. I don't know much about SMG but I could tell immediately the lag was way longer than it should've been. Seemed like the SMG pump failing, which you've replaced. I've heard the TTFS flash helps big time but seems you've already done that. Wish I had more input, best of luck mate.

You put a brand new/rebuilt pump in it? If so that is unlikely to be the issue. What was the pressure value? And did it hold?

Are you getting any codes? The fact the adaptations aren't working means something is not working properly.

You mentioned code 53 which from a quick search means "Hydraulic Pressure Loss in System" - a pump issue.

its right about 85 when i did the adaptation procedure on INPA.
Again, i'm pretty certain its not a problem with hydraulic pressure, but a problem w SMG system finding the gears. When Inpa fails a test, it gives me error 83, which is an adaptation problem.
