Default SMG Long Gear Shifts

SMG Long Gear Shifts?
My SMG transmission is still suffering from long gear shifts and giving me the cog gear. it cant seems to find the gears fast enough. it sometimes have a problem finding third gear. and downshifts seem to be also a problem.
dropped the transmission and

i've replaced:
Compression spring (23317511337), my old one is cracked and i replaced it.
Compression spring 23311228405
locking pin(the roller thing) 23317501584

i have a suspicion that the locking pin is not sitting properly....
ill try to re-calibrate using INPA
any other suggestions?

update:
Used INPA to Adapt SMG using the special processes option
Adaptation failed, error 53
car is drivable, but still cant find gears that well enough.
car doesn't seem to know where clutch bite points are.

Ill try to:
Try to adapt again via Inpa
adapt via DIS
soft adapt (neutral at 30-40 mph, put to 'N', pull in '+' & "-" paddles)
reflash w the TTFS tune i bought

Not knowing too much about the problems of SMG (even though I have one), my first thought would have been a broken spring, but you've already corrected for that, so I'm at a loss.

Since you have INPA, can you get the codes that are causing the cog light?(nevermind, just saw your update with error 53 mentioned)

Also, I don't know if you can do it in INPA, but DIS will let you run an accumulator pressure test, which could help narrow things down a bit. I'm still learning things as I troubleshoot my own smg issues, but I believe slow shifting is usually caused by the system taking a long time to reach the correct pressure to shift.

When you unlock your car, how long do you hear the pump priming? Have you checked your fluid level?

I'm curious to know, what can you tell from the pump priming sound?

No sound at all when one is expected could be a symptom of pump failure. This is assuming everything is getting power correctly, and not a salmon relay issue. While I haven't experienced this myself, a longer than usual, or abnormal sound seems to lead to a problem at the pump. It could mean the pump motor is running poorly, or something else is causing difficulty or delay when building up pressure. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I hesitate to throw around "pump failure" as the cause for now. I think there's still some other things to check before narrowing it down to that.

could take up to 10 seconds before it finds the gear, with the gear blinking a lot.

Ah ok that happens to me sometimes after two hours of drive and traffic sometimes going to 1st or quick change 3-4 it will blink. Was told it might be the accumulator doesnt build pressure.
